Can be refitted but on brake pedal side you need purchase new bit as cut off mounting point for Heal plate but hey who really needs heal plates??

How about a deal with a quick action throttle.

Have 2  X inserts which adjust the degree of turn.

And correct cables

firstly its a heel plate not heal plate and that side also holds a rather important rear master cylinder, so yes they will need to buy the replacement part.
