coming home today from the kawasaki open day and my bike started to vibrate from the clocks or atleast from somewhere about there?? cant really pin point it but i tell u what im not happy cos it really annoys me, is it just me or what???

glad you said that cos mine has got an odd vibrating kinda rattle, think its the ignition barrel on mine tho, drives me crackers

its not constant but still very annoying

Got this on my 08 10R a while ago, it was as Andy has said.  There are four bolts, two either side of the frame where the frame and air intake meet and these had vibrated loose.  Ive loctited them and its not budged since.
If that is the problem you might want to check the headlight beam isnt too high/low cos it seems that those four bolts pretty much hold the nose section on and mine had bounced out of alignment

Will second that, and also the exhaust mount near the right side footpeg, if thats worn it will increase the vibes through the frame as well...

Lisa you need to use some vaseline!  Vaseline and a syringe down the ignition barrel, it will stop the key vibrating.

i would say the same, first time i went out, got home to find i had lost 2 bolts from the front intake      ....   A little bit of lock tight and jobs a goood one !!

I had ignition barrel replaced under warranty due to stupid buzzing at certain rev's, Kawasaki of course had never heard of it happening  before . . . . . . . . .

checked all bolts took off the screen but nothing seen to be lose i think it might actually be the clocks themself
