What a bummer
« on: April 10, 2010, 08:04:40 PM »

Met a couple of bikers at the bottom of my street today. Seen them sat on the grass when i went out n when i got back they was still there. Parked up and wandered down to see if they needed any help ( yeah i know... heart of gold me lol ) only to find out one of them thinks he filled his Bandit with DIESEL . Had a sniff and a feel of his tank contents ( no smutty comments please ), it smelt like petrol but was wrong colour and very oily. The bike wouldn't even fire up. The AA were on their way so I left them with a cold drink and went on my way.
I was glad to have been able to help in a small way as not long back i broke down and another biker stopped and offered help.
Keep looking out for each other as when it goes shit shaped even a friendly face can make ya feel better.
