You may have already done this - but email Hubert Trunkenpolz (who is the head of sales, marketing and advertising at KTM) and Stefan Pierer (CEO) of KTM. If they have any interest in their own customers, they will take a giant sh## on this dealer. It's time these cowboys lost the KTM dealership, I'm furious about this, on your behalf.

Anyway, you have a nipper on the way, and there's nothing in this world that'll feel as good as having that baby. Every day just gets better (I have a 6 month old girl and I love it). The job situation will get sorted soon, too. Chin up, mate. You'll win this battle - or if you don't everybody reading this will avoid KTM like the plague in the future.

ive emailed the ktm bods mate so waiting to see if i get a reply tbh if i didnt love the bike so much id have flung it back and gone for a different bike 

yeah having a kiddie on the way is the best thing ever and the job front is looking good so all in need now is my bike back and maybe a freebie (akrapovic full evo4 system ) from ktm for all me troubles  would be nice

rang dream machine today to see how the bike was going and what a joke ...

they picked the bike up last monday so a week ago and when they picked it up they werent given the keys so when the dood from dream machine gets back he rings the dealer for em and they post the keys and they get em today so they havent touched the bike at all so my question was to the man at dream machine

wtf do you need the keys for to take the panels off

i gotta laugh cos if i dont ill lose the plot so im browsing the tinterweb looking at other bikes

I would get back onto the Finance company and tell them the dealer is lying, messing you around and you ain't paying them or accepting the bike back unless you get a new one as how long have you owned it now and not actually had it, really put you foot down as the service you are getting is appalling.  I hope you get it resolved soon mate.

ive just got off the phone to the finance company and they have deffered the first payment till next month which is cool but it still doesnt resolve getting the bike back.

ktm are a nightmare ive sent emails to about everyone at ktm and not one reply, ive rang the headquarters in the uk and they just say go back to the dealer 

ive told the dealer i want the bike back by the end off next week or thats it im gonna park my 4.5mtr white iveco van in front of the shop and write in black marker every problem ive had with the bike/dealer and it wont be lies so no slanderous comments will be used so it will be perfectly legal

i rang the dealer to explain yet again that this aint on and they have said they will ring dm but its just going round in circles...

i told the dealer they are leaving me with little option but to go for my money back and the cheeky cnut said "yeah we will give you the money back less depretation" wtf ?

i just dont have the energy for this shite anymore

Tell him to get to fuck - there is no depreciation as its been a problem since you picked it up brand new. It is not fit for purpose and you are fully able to reject it under the sale of goods act.
We did it with a Zafira that after 3 months and a dozen visits back to them still only did 20mpg.

i know hes talkin out his arse and the finance company say that too i wouldnt give a fuck that much if he just gives me a courtesy bike ffs they have about 150 bikes in stock.

the finance company are sending the area manager around to the dealers tommorow so we will see.
