well i rang the finance company yesterday and they said to that this aint on so they basically said they would take to do with it and call the dealer yesterday

im gonna call the finance company now and see what the dealer is saying

they have a 09 rc8r with 1k on it in the shop but its more money but i might depending on what they say today tell em to give me that and they can reduce the cost of it because of all the bullshit etc they have caused

my finance company rang me and said that they had spoken to the dealer and that he said i forced him to repair the bike now and i was happy for it to take 4 weeks and that they dont have courtesy bikes...

lying cnut i see bikes in the showroom with big stickers on em "courtesy bike"

and for me forcing him to repair it wtf ? of course i want it repaired and he told the finance company that he offered for me to have it repaired when i went on holiday etc, eh hello i have no job at the mo i wont be on no holiday this year ffs

Phone up the bullshiting dealer and ask why are they lieing to the finance company

if they say they are not then say you will be down to the dealership where you will take part in a conference phone call between yourself, the dealer and the finance company

That dealer need to be brought to the head honcho of KTM's attention, get that letter sent dream bike tuned into a nightmare ect. Shit travels down hill and no one likes it landing on them.   :icon_thumleft:

Don't forget to fill in your customer satisfaction surveys...

well ive done all i can sent the emails to the relavent people etc....

just like to say a big thanks to the people who gave their advice/help its been really helpful and hopefully i will get it resolved quickly
