Last update.
Took the bike for a MOT and the guy did not botice the swingarm intill i told him after he said it passed.

Clocked up 150 miles A & B roads went out with a mate on is cbr1000rr (Both fast riders)

The bike felt really good even  better in the bends, Might be because i have jacked it up 10mm of the shock. It's Just as good as the O/E set up if not better.
Put it this way i will not be changing the rear Z1000 shock.

Excellent, great job.....looks like a factory bike, not a badly done conversion like some end up.  I think the RVF style exhaust will be the way to go,  re-fab it to exit the other side to keep the off-side clean.....or maybe a slash-cut down by the fairing.  I think it would be worth the work in the long term........
