Thanks for that. The search i did on e-bay returned bugger all. there is a couple of them i will be looking into.
and the conversion is under $110AUD (special credit card rates). May look at getting the screen also, combining freight may work out much cheaper than getting it here

I looked at it for mine, 3mm plate bent say 90 degrees just big enough to fit the light ect. Just found some alloy in the office so that will be going walkies about now .

Not hard to do but will need to work out how to bend the bloody thing. It's alloy each side with acrylic in the middle :icon_scratch:

Don't know what happened ? it didn't appear ?... try again.  :dontknow: ( wrong attachment to big ? )

Check out my rear end .... so to speak !.... 5" x 7" plate.  wi Speed bulb and socket mounted in a rubber sleeve wi a slot in for the light to come out ... work a treat !

I used 1,8 mm ali plate I aquired from somewhere. Drilled the hole a cozy fit, pushed holder thru wi a rubber sleeve on the back to hold it in place.  Soldered some spade contectors on... trimmed down wi a pair o snips.  Over wrapped the wire wi insulting tape.  When you disconnect the OE  hold socket inside the rear panel ( LH side, put lacky-band on it, and loop over the helmet hook under the seat to stop you losing the connector . Thread the new wires thru, contact up, and tape it together too, just to keep the weather out.  Make sure you also seal the bulb unit, otherwise you'll blow a fuse like I did at first.  [naughty]

Happ Arsing About  !   [rofl]

PS Cromed bulbs in indicators too !  :hello2:
