was thinking of getting a protector for under my leathers although when i look at them i cant help but think thats gonna be uncomfartable especially when there's not much room in my leathers when am in them. What do you people use and recommend ?

I have a Forcefield... As it warms up it moulds to your back and so doesn`t feel so bulky under leathers.

my jacket has built in knox back armour, would you still have a back protector as well or is the jacket enough?

ive got a knox contour absolutely all day comfortable and happy in the knowledge it will work if i need it too..
dont get a shit cheap one .
like all things you get what you pay for.

go to your dealer on your bike in your leathers and see how it fits when you wear it sat on your bike...

I didn't wear one for years
Then run into a VW Golf......Which I'd had one then? In fairness not sure how much of a different it would have mind. But my back was mucho sore for quite a while
I now use a Dainese one-Took a trip to my local Dainese store. Tried a few sizes on. And then bought one half price from Fleabay

And regards comfort. I almost enjoy wearing mine round the house! and on the bike, rather than uncomfortable, I feel at least 1% tougher!
