I forgot to post this for someone about how to set the date for the little keychain cameras
ok so you need to open a notepad text document and copy the exact format below
[date]
2010/04/04 <<<<< please note that the date format is yyyy/mm/dd
08:27:00
obiviously change it to the correct date and set time for about a minute ahead, then save the file as tag ( it will then appear as tag.txt document where ever you save it)
copy the tag file to the sd memory card on your camera, it needs to go on the root of the card so it appears under the DCIM folder
then disconnect your camera, turn it off and then turn it back on again, when you plug in your camera the tag file will be missing and it will have updated the date
hope this all makes sense, it is quite easy really
