Winter project finished
« on: March 15, 2010, 10:23:58 PM »

I've been busily beavering with a ZZR11 over the winter and finally got it finished !

Needed a new engine (which was a nightmare to get out - seized rear mounting bolt) and has been stripped down to nuts and bolts, then rebuilt. Took me weeks to figure out why it wouldn't fire up, once re-assembled - eventually found that the donor engine had the wrond pulser timing rotor fitted (from a ZRX11 !).

Anyway, here's some pics of the bike:

Wasn't running quite right (dodgy plug), so new one's gone in today......runs sweet as now !
