superb effort chris, i made the choice to eating healthier and getting more exercise and i feel a lot better for it, aint lost any weight yet though!!! 6ft 1" and 14st 12lb im getting rid of that 12lb if its the last thing i do!

Target was 13 stone 2 lbs for 6' so am 1 lb under target  :icon_thumright:

Yeah...Chris was definately larger than the average bear last year didn't look massively overweight.   He did carry it well and so to lose 3 stone is mightily impressive as personally I would have been surprise he had it to lose.  Suppose I'm just jealous as when I was heavier, it proper showed.
