Well done Chris, I salute you......I am a similar build to what you used to be, and I would love to shed about 2 stone to get down to about 13 stone.............but I just cannot get motivated.............I even have a gym across the road.........any advice? (apart from getting off my nutty professor ass and eating salad)

guess it was just me wanting to change bud, I wasnt happy with the way i looked and struggled and the last straw was trying to buy jeans to fit and had no luck at a 38" and thought to myself "fuck this, im not staying like this anymore"

As i said i joined weight watchers and yeah all girly shit goes through your head, but the person who runs mine one is a bloke and to be fair to him he's a really nice fella, gets you well motivated to go and do what it is that is needed

I've done no more excercise than before and lost 3 stone in 22 weeks, so it just goes to show how much of the wrong food was part of my daily intake

Now find myself in auto pilot when out and have to buy food, I dont pick up chocolate and i'm picking everything up that i fancy eating and checking the label for its cals and sat fat content, if its too much then back it goes

22 weeks ago, i'd have picked it up along with 4-5 other items and would have had no regard for what was in them and just eat them

its not about a "diet" its all about changing your life style  :icon_thumright:

as for stackers, personally I wouldnt even think about taking something chemical to help aid weight loss

its just a quick fix

yes it will help but its not actually doing what you really need and thats changing your food intake to the right food and not depending on a chemical

If your going to do it, i'd say do it with determination and motervation, not just using the easy way out

(thats not a comment to offend btw)
