I have seen Chris recently and is a shadow of his former self...very impressive and shows with a bit of dedication and determination anyone can lose weight.

Right...cant stop and chat...half way through a pot noodle and need to put my Ginsters in the oven!!!  [rofl]

Well done! It's a great cheap way to make your bike go, stop and handle better. Better fuel economy too.
