Weight loss (updated)
« on: March 09, 2010, 11:13:34 PM »

Well

a couple of members are aware but thought i'd post up to show off  [rofl]

started approx 22 weeks ago, went to weight watchers with my mum, first day i stood at a healthy 16 stone 6 lbs and for 6 foot tall was clinically obese

the slap in he face was being unable to find jeans to fit in a 38" waist

well 22 weeks later after being drawn massivley into the weight watchers way i am now a whooping 43 pounds lighter, 3 stone 1 lb  B-) and feel fecking great

at 31 i felt old, sore, unhealthy and had poor skin

22 weeks later i feel awake, alive, aches and pains have gone, feel much younger and better about myself and a few people have said i look alot younger than before  :tongue3:

I know weight in at 13 stone 5 lbs and have 3 more pounds to loose before i get to my goal weight

hope someone might find this usefull tho  :icon_thumright:
