Hi Jamma
I did touch my right knee slider at the hairpin & on the way into Barn corner but on Proper Supercorsas F sc1 Rsc2 there was no need at the speed i was lapping
I have no idea why so many people are more intent at kneedown than going quick as I passed many that day that where scraping their knees on almost every corner
I know why it's important in Racing but it's just a waste of cornering speed when your struggling to get 1:50 round Cadwell on a warm dry day
think my best was approx 1:53-1:55 from a mates on bike video which was quick enough for me on a naked streetbike
There was a Blue C model 10R in front of me that i almost caught until some wazzuck on a Grey ZX6R which his mirrors still on almost took me out on the enrance to the left just before the mountain
as he was transfixed on where i was going around the outside he just sat up and pushed me off (i didn't bin and rejoined the track)
My style or lack of style is just a nice relaxed position with a light grip on the bars as my throttle use is a bit too triggerish so i have to avoid gripping too hard as it upsets the bike and scares me shitless when it slaps (no damper)
I have done CSSS part 1 & 2 but still don't knee down as it doesn't fell natural still.
My Mate on his ZXR400 needs arse sliders he hangs off so far!
Regards
Rick
