I was told higher octane fuel in bikes is pointless as they don't have the features that modern high performance cars do to utilise the higher octane fuels??????

I have never seen that BP 102 stuff to be honest....but not sure I would do the whole 2.50 a litre bollocks.  Holy f**k!!  :shock:

No Tesco's near me, and despite Shells petrol refinery being seconds down the road, its the most expensive fuel up here by a country mile.

This is kinda irrelevant for me, as I run a BMW Big D, but for the bike is worth knowing.

Interesting reading though.  :icon_thumright:
