I was out yesterday too. It was glorious weather in Scotland, hardly a cloud in the sky. went up to loch earn then up to Green Welly stop then over towards Oban. My old neck was pretty creaky by the time I got back at tea time. There was loads of bikes out, nice to see folks out and about again. seeing more and more of those bmw sports models around. Only one green 10 !. PC plod was out in force, bikes and panda's. I curse these 10 mirrors AGAIN, can't see sod all, well I know something is there but difficult to spot if it's plod or not. Seen those signs out up there, unmarked police bikes in operation, christ what next, can't trust anyone. I going to bitch about these oem tires again (05 model), I just wish they would wear out so I can change them. I just ain't got no confidence to tip her over properly. I have reduced the tire pressures to 36/36 but it just doesn't feel planted. I was going to do some engine tuning, but yesterday's ride out proved again that this thing is ballastic enough almost standard on normal roads. Had a bit of fun with a blackbird (no Dave a bike, not my girlfriend) on the way back, christ that bike can shift also.
Cheers
John
