iPhone 3G user.....I'm regularly using:

Navigon Europe..... :icon_thumright:
MotionX GPS..........  :icon_thumright: Good for recording you distance, speed, route, etc
POI Warner...........   :icon_thumright: let's you know where the speed cameras are  :icon_thumright:

Non bike related:
LogMeIn.....remote access to your pc/laptop....pretty good app, tho the response speed once connected varies.

That said if you're considering buying an iPhone, other smart phones have caught up & pretty much have the same apps. If I was looking to buy one today, not sure I'd go with the iPhone.

I wouldn't get an iPhone either Mark. I've got an iPod touch and know that the majority of the apps work on it too  :icon_thumright:

iPhone all the way for me, still on 3G gonna wait for the apple WWDC mid year to see if they are gonna bring a new one out before upgrading.

Don't think  i will ever have any other phone now, its become a way of life

I have my apps organised with pages of useful apps, games and just amusing junk

i have

facebook
ebay
Ping! (free texts from iphone to iphone)
skype
aim
shazam
Camera detector
file share thingy for pc
paypal
clocks and stopwatches
gps trackers
and many many more

games are great too but my fav useless amusing app is still the light saber - everyone needs one!
