just thought u might like to know that there is a little gadget that has been on sale for a while called the powerball, basicly its a little gyroscope in a ball form that as u spin it faster it puts pressure on your wrists, the reason im telling u all this is because i used to get bad wrist pains whilst riding, and my physio put me onto this it may not be of use to everyone but it helped me to strenghthen my my wrist so they stopped hurting as much. not a bad bit of kit  for under a tenner.
