Chuffed that I've finally bought a thou' bike. Price is very steep, I will admit, but when I look at the alternatives in the 14k price bracket, the Beemer is the best suited to my needs and ham-fisted trottle control.

I bought the Akro can as well, which marks me out as a right ponce.

Still, doesn't matter what you ride - sun's shining, summer's on its way, time to get out there and put some miles in.

It's been a bloody long winter. Went out for my first ride on of the year on the zx6r this morning and felt very much like 'which bit does what?'.  Amazing how you lose the feeling after a few months off the bike. Still cracking good fun, though.

I work for BMW MINI.
They offer me 17% of the bike range. That makes it a better deal.  Lot of the guys here  buy the bikes/cars (more cars) then sell the 11 months later.
