they are still digging to clear the trails today over here 

this is hugely reduced but bloody hell it should be gone by now and this is from today

had a great 8 mile ride today butlooking forward to a decent ride up over Moel Famau tomorrow  morning

still plenty of ice and snow up there today but managed a great 10 miles up at Moel Famau and then back to Coed llandegla for the best cheese / beans on toast and a big hotcocolate with mallows and cream     what a great day

well, looks like I'm heading back for another few laps in a minute

Yes it was good to see you again Andy.              Although i showed you how its done through some of the snowy sections.   


You even beat me on the way home i give my poor mondeo a thrashing to try and pass you.

well after our 1hour lap I went back  and managed a 48 mins and then a very tired fat old man struggled at  53 mins 




was a good morning matey and a laugh as always
