Thats the harsh reality now.  Its not always the coppers that are to blame either.  The courts often punish the wrong person too hard, or dont give harsh enough sentences to those who deserve it.  You see sickos who rape children and babies getting less than 10 years for fucks sake.............these people will always be a danger to society and need to be locked up for life or executed....period.............fucking judges..........soft bent bastards most of em.
