The ZX10 is coming tomorrow

Hi All,

 my GSXR 750 is going tomorrow and is being replaced by a new 09 zx10 (in green) [clap]

looking forward to some dry weather and getting the first service out of the way!!!

Welcome! It'll be interesting to hear how you find the 10, especially the power hike from the 750. I'm doing a similar thing and suspect it'll take a while for my brain to adjust to all that power!

well i did about 80 miles on her after being delivered and have to say i'm very impressed. :shock:

didn't want to rev her too much although i did open it up a couple of times, feck me they're fast when you get going!!!!!!
was very impressed with how quick it wanted to turn but the roads around brecon were still very damp so didn't want to push my luck on fresh tyres!

one thing i did notice was how quickly it wanted to shake it's head coming off bends. I've turned the damper up a bit so hopefully i'll notice the difference next time i take it out.

Hay im with you due, Done 85 miles so far on the two dry days we have had.  Its gonna take me ages to get used to the power,  gave it some beans on a nice bit of road just like i would ion the 6 but the back wheel span for a split second, i bricked it and slowed down lol, BUT BLOODY LOVED IT...... [rofl]
