I've got an archos set up too, but it's a 605 with wi fi and It was second hand! It does suffer with vibrations badly. I put mine under my pillion seat one day to see how it would perform and it turned itself off as soon as I set off.

Normally I keep it in my bum bag on my lower back or leathers pocket and mount the cam either on the back or top of my helmet and it works well

Where you placing it fella ??    ive just ordered a spare side pod for my lid so i can attach the camera with some mount i brought of ebay !!
