The motorist is footing the bill for victims of crime that hoodie scum bag low-lifes cause then? Then how come in most cases these scum bags hardly get banged up or fined and the victim gets nothing?            Doesn't need a genius to work that one out does it?

Well gents lets be honest here, being working class and law abiding = "Tax mans Bitch". And Im sure the people that are supposed to be paying the fines now arn't so we have to, just like they won't be doing their community service!! Now if they said the fifteen quid was to build new prisons to bang the scum up and not in the lap of luxury, would we mind paying? well probably not as much!

Criminals are getting away with it!
Politicians are out of touch, to scared to do anything and to busy linning their own nest!
The police have there hands tied, and the legal system lets them and us down!

R1 you may be right, but the legal system just keeps letting the scum off with no real punishment! So for the coppers its like banging your head against the wall, eventually you give up! But there are some lets say not so well adjusted characters drawn to policing!

Just another stealth tax... the motorist pays enough already with tax on fuel, road tax, tax on new vehicles and now tax on minor motoring offences.

However, we're an easy target so they think they can get away with it. Sadly, the only ones who don't suffer are those that should; no MOT, no insurance, vehicle not registered to them etc.

Someones going to make money out of this and it won't be victims of crime either! This government has squandered billions & billions on shit decisions and now the most law abiding (guilable) will have to pay for the giant deficit.    Brown and co are completely lost and this great country is going down the plug hole fast...... why don't  they sell off more of our once great companies (cadburys)etc so we do't even have any industry left Never  mind the motorist will shore it all up
