First track bike advice!!!!

Can you guys point out a descent first track bike!?!?

Got around a grand!!!!

I know it's not much but there must be something out there to learn on...

An older CBR600 0r R6 if you can find one in your budget.
An older as well sorted track bike that you can get for your bucks

zx7r comes with a slipper clutch (back torque limiter) and good sussy plus good power, and cost fuck all to run

that r6 would be perfect..

if you want to learn how to carry corner speed then i'd heartily recommend a zxr400...
