Thanks for the warm welcome, I went and test rode an 08 today and put a deposit down on the 09.

It has been almost a year since I sold my bike (GSXR 600 K4) and I have been riding a 180 ped for the last 12 (quick for what it is), well the test ride today put things into persepctive, the roads where wet, I was green (and so was the bike ) after a few miles I managed to get to 3rd gear (just) I got the clock round to 10K and saw 110............What can I saw the bike is an animal even before you get into the green power range, I am sooooooooo looking forward to riding it next year.

I got a long list of small mods

Meta 357T V2 Alarm
Replace Front Mirrors with 07 CBR Mirrors
Stomp grips
tank protectors
Pazzo Shorties
Akropovic Exhaust (Race Can)
Akropovic Link Pipe
R&G Tail tidy
R&G crash bungs
R&G Bike Cover
R&G fork protectors
Nano Oxford Indicators
Front Indicators
R&G Bike Cover
Power bronze hugger
Dark screen
GiPro TRE

Seat Cowl ???? (need to see what it looks like)

Any advice and tips is welcomed, the exhaust and link pipe will go on the bike after the is 1000 miles

Also is it worth a GiPro TRE on the 09 bike is the speed still limited on the 6th gear map?

Glad you liked it mate, don't bother with an alarm unless your insurance co. insists.

It is half the price with one fitted.
