is it easy to get the clocks off? i mean you don't have to take half the front end off do you?

Not at all, iirc just the screen has to come off

I couldn't get the clocks on mine off the bike with just the screen off - you can get at two of the screws OK with a stubby screwdriver, but the third one is not accessible....IIRC, it's behind the brace

You can get the electrical block connector off OK - but not the clocks themselves ...

I think they come colour coded from white, green then to red, so you don't need to change any LED's etc. Just a slightly different design.
