at the end of the day i think we all agree knee down looks the dogs bollox and is great when you get it.
some times when i go out i just have to go by my local 'circuit' to get my fix.

on the flip side it is not in some cases the fastest way through a bend, the late great Dave Jeffries once in an
interview said he never got his kne down at the TT, and he wernt slow

if you at the edge of you tyres and trying to get you knee down this is a bit frightening... if you cain it imagine where you will be on your tyre if you are trying to carry corner speed..... are you pressure right for you

Only the edge of my rear tyre, front there is not all used by a long way

I mean I can only assume I'm on the edge of my tyre when I do knee down at roundabouts, I've not seen pictures of me doing it... I don't know how much I hang off etc

Pressures are fine

are you busy sunday maybe if the weather is fine we can meet you at the BP on the way to fox's where you first met me at about 9.30  then on the way back circuit action

we agree and in this thread do not really worry about speed but the feeling of excitement when your knee touches the deck and you feel for them few seconds like you an Aceman...... speed is not key here..... style is.... we are all Knee down gods inside we just need to get it out

My prob is I know I'm close and I had that vid last year. With the new bike it's confidance on me ol' zx 6 by now I know Ihad have touched down. I need to find teh right bends or roundabout.
I need some one to tell me if I'm twisting teh wrong way  ie knee into bike or not.

I'll watch weather tomorrow and mightgo find a nice stretch off road with exj if he's not hungover.

heres a tip Shongolo mate, when you are lent over try pushing your knee backwards than downwards.
you may be supprised, it made a difference for me.

something that helps me is I put the ball of my foot on the edge of the peg, I then use this to dig the bike in....

Yup that helped me too, plus if you get it right you can get knee down+toe slider down

I get toe down... but my tow slider come off in the isle of man its in a bag some where feck knows how to clip it back on, you have to be heman lol

Ahhh that's a thought maybe I'm not on the edge of my tyre like I think because my toe slider touching is an indication of that, which I don't touch all the time!

Although might be different positioning on new bike and I didn't get me toe down today 

I've not tried to take mine off G, but I want some titanium ones... so your more of a heman than me so you'll have to do it
