Hmmmm I think I'll have to try the circuit again if you say it's easier... feels like starting again on the new bike 


BCA is good for doing it whilst learning though especially to stop in the lay-by right by it seeking advice and having another crack at it. Good for photo op too I'd imagine

Not sure if the " BCA " is the one we went to tonight  

I believe we were hitting the one that Fuu binned his 7 on

Did feel more natural on this one than the circuit , plus you get more attempts for yer time

Can't say I noticed it at that sort of speed , felt a bit weird once on the straight and up to 70 ( ish  )

i have too say knee down is much easier if you are 6ft tall or above, the simple fact is your legs are longer so
you dont have to lean the bike over as much.

being a bit wee at 5ft 7 and a quarter inches (the quarter makes a difference )
i have to lean the bike quite far, even further than i did on me old gixer750. this is because 10r's are a bit tall.
both tyres are worn to the edges, well there is about 2mm left on the front.

i rekon we all have our own knee down roads/island circuits etc. lets keep em to ourselfs as THEY might find us!!!!!

simple is taller than me and he is having trouble so I think you theory of being taller is not really true....

is just confidence and skill.....

not height weight bike etc....

if you can do it on 1 bike you can within about 10 minutes on another bike (in same class) ...

I did it on simples after a pratice run to see what it was like.... I can do it on another members bike who I won't mention incase he doesn't want me to...

its just confidence...

I've seen short people get knee down no problem

And G is right about different bikes too... I just cracked knee down on my newun after a few tries

its just confidence ..... I have mine battered at the moment but slow knee down is cool.... I won't be trying the quick knee down for a while... well until silverstone

All really down to body position....wrong position and you will not get that knee down....Allthough I still haven`t done it on my 10 yet  Try the circuit,maybe tomorrow if dry to have a go.
