I actually live in Honiton, but me bruv lives in Yate, just went for a ride the day before we went up to Donny for the WSB.  The roundabout we used is the one on the A432.  If you take the road from the Cross Hands pub in Old Sodbury then head towards Yate, it's the first one you come to.   Excellent quality tarmac, and its a big old roundabout, even if you muck up your line around it, there's plenty of room to alter it!!!

I know the one, it's on a bit of an incline though.  Fast down one side and slower up the other.

Be careful though as I've seen the Old Bill setting speed traps on the A432 as you come off that roundabout just past the caravan centre heading back toward Old Sodbury and it's a 30 as well.  :icon_thumleft:

Cheers matey,
will bear that in mind.....bastard speed traps, saw one today on my way along the A30 just outside Exeter, saw a fellow 10R owner travelling towards it and managed to warn him...

Yeah but didnt you manage to tell him about the site as well :dontknow: [rofl] [rofl]

Well done Gaz !... I'll send you a couple titanium bolts to put in your sliders so you can make showers of whitesparks to !  :hello2:

I made a mate some sliders as a wedding present with almost palm size ( not tree ! hand!!!) titanium plates bolted on ... not sure where there was most sparks on the road or in the bedroom  [rofl] [rofl] [rofl]

gaz have you tried the roundabout by brigde which take you to the motorway one way and newquay the other way

you could also try the digby tesco turn off on the dual carrage way after moto service roundabout on the way to brigde motobikes

Will try them both tomorrow! Met a mate at Bridge and he said about going out, will try them both as they are easy to get to and the tyres will have had 20 miles or so to 'get sticky'.  Let you know how it goes.    :headbang:

the best way would to have you ball on the peg and the inside of the foot almost touching the bike but in reality this isn't very practical....

I like to have my ball on the edge of the peg so I can push down on the peg to get the bike over with body weight this seems to help with body position too..... I can get my knee down pretty much all the time  :icon_thumright:
