with regards to SPD's i use Crank Brothers Acids and they are really good and don't need adjustment, far better than shimano in my opinion

looks like I'm at Llandegla on Sat, Sun, Mon and Tues woooooooohoooooo

Also ordered some lights from Hong Pong fora good price
