custom zx10r coloured carbon shark fins
« on: September 25, 2009, 11:52:36 AM »

Hi everyone!
Would anyone be interested in coloured carbon fibre shark fins? Im not a company or business trying to sell stuff, but i am a fully qualified composite engineer and race in the british championships myself. Ive done alot of work manufacturing carbon fibre components at world superbike level for factory teams and formula 1. I just thought it would be pretty cool to have coloured carbon fibre components for my own race bike and i thought id offer uz aswell just to see if anyone is keen? Im looking to make a few shark fins for the zx10r but i was looking to bring out coloured carbon for the job (green/black,blue/black/red/black etc).

If i could do them cheap would anyone be interested in them? i need 20 guys on board to get the carbon price right down,so if anyone is interested il do them just for you forum boys!
let me know if they are of interest? i have attached some examples of ones i made before with normal carbon and aluminium brackets. The one im planning making is one piece and has no aluminium bracket or joining bolts so its much cleaner looking!

Also if anyone is wanting help if they are looking to get carbon components or fibreglass.....please feel free to contact me and il help guide you in the right direction! il be able to answer any questions you have (just so your not getting screwed when buying an item!)

some feedback would be ace!!  :headbang:

speak soon folks!

Carbon is always welcome!
Parts for the 06/07 are non-existent in this country.
OPP is the only real option for anything other than a huggers or mudguard.
