Sorry about the bad news m8.
As annoying as it is you 'll be OK and the bike is a relatively easy fix (mines been up-side-down in the air twice now  :emb: )

bollocks pal   :-/

sorry to hear of you falling albeit I  am assuming that you are ok though :icon_thumright:

during my travels this week i did stress when i saw some good in a lorry using a rag as a filler cap,i suppose it's better than nothing but people need to be more aware of the diesel spill issues. Lorry, how fekking difficult is it to post a notice on every truck pump to raise awareness and how can we make it happen? perhaps it's something that we as a site can work to promote, I'm keen to move on it and think i will start writing as it's something so simple  to resolve in my opinion.

letter received from 'uninsured loss people'

basically says there's nothing they reckon worth persuing so just going to file their papers!

perhaps if'd hurt myself or been off work they'd be interested?

jobsworth wankers.

my blood is boiling but what can you do?

i know it could be worse but just really sick of it all and their attitude...

bikes not wrote off - cosmetic damage, as seen in pics i posted.

not fully comp hence the 'uninsured loss people' against the diesel - who say - no third party directly accountable so case closed. ie thanks for nothing.
