This was on the local news a couple of weeks ago.

They reckon that they couldn't prosecute du to the fact that they couldn't give a date and time for the offences.

Stands to reson then that the accused couldn't provide an ali-by as they couldn't give him a time for which to provide one.

Although the muppet could have edited the film so that he didn't actually show himself leaving his house and then on returning he rode straight into the garage and parked the bike which is how the police found him.

But he did look like he was having a nice little blast though.  :dontknow:
