145mph is so easy on a ten. I mean it's just this...*half turn of the wrist* It's a risk and we ALL do it on occasions.
I live on a rat-run in London (30 zone) which hasn't yet been speed-bumped.
Honestly, some days boom-box wankers whip down there at 70+ in their Max-Power'd motors. They look like complete twats, but they're also very dangerous.
Any police to stop this? No chance. They're all out on the A272 on a sunny sunday morning looking for bikers doing that speed on a national speed limit, empty road.
I've had two contacts with the met police in the last 3 years (none on the bike, touch wood) and I found them to be the most condescending, sanctimonious, aggresive individuals. I used to respect the police. But now I wonder just what goes on behind closed doors with that lot.
I've never seen a single bobby on the beat, much less talked to one.
I am not a huge fan of our law enforcers, as you can see.
