number plate from desinplates

hi all have any of you bought a number plate from designplates i ordered one two weeks ago paid for it but on plate ?
Ive phoned twice and just get the answer machine but no one calls back ?  any one had problems with these guys :dontknow:

If you paid by credit card you should be covered check with them :icon_thumright:

guess what after lots of email's off them just saying ....was sent ... i asked for my money back and guess what it came this morning  :icon_thumleft: 

if anyone use'es these guys don't waste money phoning them they don't ring you back  ....you got to email them
