Picking her up tomorrow!
« on: March 19, 2007, 10:20:40 PM »

Time to say hello and a general thanks to all of you you have posted information that has helped me take the plunge; along with a good laugh from time to time.

So tomorrow I pick up a new zx-10r (black; as by all accounts they are faster!) and crossing fingers the snow stays away at least for the ride home.

Not much of an introduction   but hope to get more involved as time and miles pass.

I was terrible, couldn't sleep the night before, then coudn't leave it to go to bed the day it arrived.

I think I managed 16 hours on the bike the first day at 46 Mph  on about 4 hours sleep.

Good on ya, jsut go easy with the weather the way it is at the moment.  :icon_thumright:

That's it, it's morning time at last.

Down side, its kind of windy for these parts, up side no snow  :hello2:

Will pass on my first experiences with the new toy, if its of any help to those contemplating a zx-10r in the near future.

Thanks for the welcomes, appreciated..
