doh,  snapped another spoke today and mashed the chain after it popped off  getting past two slower riders and having to take ahump/ jump at a higher speed than usual   :crybaby2:  damn that bloody chain and the constant gear changes it caused for the last 5 miles  [wall] [wall].still managed a 1hr 5 mins though  [rofl] [rofl]

lap 2 was aborted after the probs  :-(

sounds like Dave might be getting interested then  [whistle]

Woooooooooooooooohoooooooooooo had the wheel rebuilt, fitted a new chain and rear pads (almost at the metal  )  managed a 1hr 3 mins but need to sort the slightly binding rear brake, in my haste i didn't fit the pads correctly leaving pressure , back out in the morning hopefully  :headbang:  how i love a week off work in decent weather  :headbang:
