So...heres some picturesque shots of Llandegla just to prove its not all fiction.

Andy...your a legend!  A man of your years should not be that fit  :tongue3:

Well, myself and Whiterabbit managed a bit of mountain biking this morning and managed a respectable 1hr 15mins on the 11.2 mile red route at Llandegla which isn't bad.

How about 1 10 next time, young 'un and a final target of  1 hour 5 perhaps  [whistle]

He managed to puncture the rear but right at the finish, I'm sure that he looks for the sharpest rocks to ride over

It was a great run and (WR) you're a lot faster on that new bike and it looks 'the dogs' and that's the most important thing afterall  B-)

See you in the week  young 'un for more of the same  :occasion14:  :headbang:

So Silkster when are you making the trip over togive it a go  [whistle]

Cheers old man...and thanks for keeping me on my toes round the trails.  You soooo fit now you f**ker...

Loved doing it at a good pace, but felt it most of the way round.  But I've had a couple of heavy weeks and not been to the gym much.

Yep...bike will be fixed tomorrow.  Getting a pro at this puncture fixing ;-)

Deffo see you in the week.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

And yes...come on Silky...see if we can tune that Bouncin' Bomb shape of yours ;-)  :tongue3: :tongue3: :pottytrain2:
