well, got up early and rode the red route at Llandegla and managed a personal best of 1hr 5 mins  :headbang: not bad for an old man and it was a good 11 miles, but not enough so I did another circuit and managed 1hr 3 mins wooooooooooooohoooooooooooooooooooo   

I'm still loving this mountain biking and have now almost 600 miles covered in 3 months   :hello2:

Loved doing it at a good pace, but felt it most of the way round.  But I've had a couple of heavy weeks

1 hr 6 mins on this mornings attempt and i've buckled my fekking rear wheel  [wall]

still ok for another run in the morning though and then in for a service and they can straighten the fekking thing  :icon_thumright:

it gets too busy during the day matey

been out again this morning  and it was surprisinglybusy but still managed a 1hr 4 mins and the wheel needs a new spoke  as one was snapped  :icon_thumright:
