gerorf  you're fit anyhow , just get a bike and come riding fella

well, got up early and rode the red route at Llandegla and managed a personal best of 1hr 5 mins  not bad for an old man and it was a good 11 miles, but not enough so I did another circuit and managed 1hr 3 mins wooooooooooooohoooooooooooooooooooo   

I'm still loving this mountain biking and have now almost 600 miles covered in 3 months

1 hr 6 mins on this mornings attempt and i've buckled my fekking rear wheel 

still ok for another run in the morning though and then in for a service and they can straighten the fekking thing
