As Jacko was fighting for his life in the ambulance, the Doctor said i think we should use CPR... The Paramedics said hold on a minite lets think about this, i think we should  start  heart massage..  The driver then said.. No we should start ghim on an adrenaline drip!  Then Jacko inbetween gaspin for breath said...."Fuck me!  You wana be starting somethin, you gota be starting somethin....
