Might sound daft mate but have you thought of just using some 10mm washers. they do come in various outer diameters. If a couple make upto a bit more than 5mm it will not matter. :icon_thumleft:

its a thought bud, but i just assumed as there is such force going through that small calliper that the recess that fits snug into the calliper/fork was there for a good reason to stop any kind of slipping, didnt fabcy messing with forces greater than me [naughty]

remember there is a lip on the honda spacers so they press into the caliper, might not make much difference but i would`nt feel comfortable with some made up spacers as when there pressed in it`ll stop the calipers moving up/down under hard breaking

Hi Spence, I use washers for spacers and havent had a problem. Used 'em at Donington where braking into Esses and Melbourne Loop is pretty heavy and they were fine.

I use R1 titanium bolts from Probolt. 5mm longer and a hex head so no shitty allen head to chew.
