well I have at last found out what happened to me.
I was driving along the A339 when this girl in the 3rd lane or a34 traffic jam decided she was going to be late so pulled out infront of me, she was doing 20 and i was doing 70 mph. There were 6 wirtness who all said it was her fault, the police did not interview any of them. There was one witness who non of the other witness' said they saw who said the following.
he passed me, I was doing 60 mph, the speed limit for the road (actually its 70 mph, oops he was wrong) and was 250 m infront of me in 5 seconds exactly...oh my client was doing over 235mph when he hit the black car...worng again...what he did say which was damning evidence was...she pulled out straight infront of me and crossed the unbroekn hachured lines...oops again.
So I have been vindicated, she was at fault not me and i am now fighting for full compensation. (hoping for a 6 figure sum but will likely only get a 5 figure one) ..Arm is getting much better, still not great but in a year or two's time it will be good i am sure...likely just a couple more operations to go and I will be okay...breathing will never recover and thats the real pain but I am coping with it all and life is good...i am still alive...
