Hi from Hereford
« on: June 22, 2009, 08:36:24 PM »

Hello all, I have just googled and found this site.....handy as I have decided to end my spell riding sports tourers and go back to sports bikes....    [clap] I've been hard pressed to decide on what to get, Fireblade kept popping up, the ZX10R was pushed out purely by reading the reviews in the bike mags....not very flattering!

Then I managed to get my mate to hand over his 2006 ZX10R...............next day we find ourselves at a dealers in Stoke and me buying a 2008 model..........imagine my suprise when I managed to enjoy some time on my mates bike and a thorough test ride of the one I am getting without it killing me once...... :-P

Seriously, I was supprised at the ZX10R, I tend to keep bikes for a fair amount of time and I see us having a beautiful thing between us....roll on Saturday when I pick it up...

I'm sure I shall be bugging you guys for info at some point...

Hi  :occasion14:

Right choice of bike IMO  :headbang:

I had the same dilema, always wanted a ZX10 but mag reviews where knocking it for 6  :tongue2: ... my m8 used to own a blade and nearly talks me to death  :boxing: on the idea of getting the new blade so when he gets his we will both have one ...oh and its the best bike by far apparently  :icon_scratch: .

Well yes it may be a cracking bike specially in Repsol and HRC colours but after a demo ride on the new 10 I knew id be sitting there staring at the blade one day if I got one thinking mmmm still not a zx10 is it  :glasses9:
