i have always used dragon supercorsas on my road bikes for the last 7 years and cannot speak highly enough of them, but decided to try the diablo supercorsas on my 09 and have also found these to be excellent.
both are excellent in the dry and cannot tell the difference, both tires grip like fook and inspire confidence in the front end.
have now done 1400 miles and the back still has plenty life left in it, the biggest difference is the diablos have no tread in the middle of the tire so wear is dificult to monitor.the only way of telling the tire is knackered is i suppose is when the canvas starts showing which is worrying and am not sure if this is a good or bad thing.
A close eye and regular inspection needed i think
Has anyone had the canvas showing?
On a seperate note my mate on a 09 r1 is now onto his 4th back tire and has done 2100 mile,but most of these are on the back wheel though
