An exhausted nurse

A nurse walks into a bank exhausted after a 20 hour shift, she pulls a rectal thermometer out of her pocket & tries to write a cheque with it.  She looks at the cashier and says "well thats great, thats really fu**ing great! some aresholes got my pen!
