No, my old boiler dates back to 1967. Thought about a new one but couldnt get the old one out the door. Just have to put up with all the hot air and clogged up flue.
Cant even get it serviced. The heating engineer said he wouldnt touch one that old even with my tool!
Bastard plumbers, got no sense of adventure!

The trouble with old boilers is that they are fucking dangerous.  I got so fed up with looking at the ugly old thing, that I just didn't want to service it anymore.  Everytime it plays up I give it a whack........but then someone told me that they can kill you while you are asleep.  :shock: 

Apparently you can get real slim, cheap, quiet ones from Thailand, and they dont stop working, and look great in the kitchen.  [rofl]

Thats an optional extra I think, although I have been told its very hard to tell the difference.  I've heard of people who go out shopping for one, and come unstuck, especially after a few beers.  You hear horror stories of people getting these models home, removing the outer packaging, only to find there is an auxiliary hose looking them in the face.
