Does an ASBO give you a criminal record? I would be seeking legal advice and contesting it Dale!
What the f**k are the police thinking, got done a few years ago for the same thing on the A339 Alton to basingstoke road like the 272 its a bikers road. Think they have just got over zelous early season!  Sun must have got to there heads!!!!!

Out of interest were there bikes illegal in any way? I.e small plates, loud cans etc?

One is a GSXR1000 with a Yoshi can, but the plate is actually legal (yes I know yuk!), the other bike is a Blade, which He just bought last week from Crescent, so I havent seen it yet, but its still probably as it came out of the shop.

One of the guys went down the Nick yesterday, to get some clarification on this.  The copper asked if the Rozzer who nicked him filled out a big form for him to sign, and he said no.  Apparently an ASBO form is quite lenghty, but he didnt do one, or receive a copy, so the copper in the station said it is most likely to be just a scare tactic, and that it had not actually gone down as an ASBO.  He said this was quite common, that cops say they are giving ASBOs when they are not, just as a deterrent......See, they are lying cunts as well.......but I suppose its better than getting one.

My mate was told the same thing last week after getting a tug for "showboating", he pulled a wheelie past a layby in Caton. He wasn't told it was an ASBO but the copper took all his distinguishing features (tattoos etc) and told him if he is reported by a member of the public or a copper in the next 12 months they will impound his vehicle (car or bike) and fast track him to court!

even in this day and age a lot of people resent bikers.

an ASBO, or a warning of one for what they were doing, beggars belief.

why dont they sort out those greedy pig politicians who are robbing us blind with expensis.
