The 3 points thing is kind of understandable, as it could almost be seen as dangerous driving, even though it was not a dangerous manouvre, and the road was clear.............but the ASBO should be for repeated social or criminal offences, not breaking the highway code.  I am sure this is misuse of a punishment, and could easily be contested.

Got issued wit an NIP and thretend with an ASBO a couple of years ago just after I got my 10. Couple of local do-gooders were getting fed up with bikes howling round a couple of local roundabouts ( Cadnam/ Junc 1 M27)  Five of us went through stopping at the local pub. Me and one mate both had our numbers taken and reported to police. Prosecution was dropped because we were able to prove some of the facts were wrong but it was close. What hacked me off most was that we were honestley riding sensibly and not speeding just happend to be there. Police told me that a couple of others had been reported that night and they were racing around the link road so we were labeled the same.

No they didnt mouth off.  I asked him that, but I didnt need to really, because I know these 2 guys really well, and they are quite mild mannered chaps.  I learned my lesson years ago about being gobby to the old bill.  And funnily enough Shotgun, that was at Cadnam, after I was caught going round with my knee down.  But I would have struggled to bite my tongue if I was there yeasterday.

Its mainly down to one lady moaning which caused all the plod attention, buys a house right on a busy junction then starts moaning about the noise.
Try to steer clear of A272, last time along there got warned of a speed trap on leaving loomies. Took it easy(missus on back) got mugged by a loony plumber in a toyota van. Big smile hopeing to see him nicked, ba***rds had pack up and moved on. Where are they when you need them

Is this not to do with the mini moto bullshit that came out I think in 2007 when the police were coming down on chav's on mini moto's. They were givin the power to issue an ASBO if kids were caught on a minimoto hooning around an estate and the way it was worded was that anybody couold report a motorcycle and an ASBO coulod be issued. I remeber it being discussed on here and being in the MCN
